Suzhou Lilai Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing Co Ltd, also known as Lilai Intelligent, recently announced that its new facility in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone (SIP-HMITZ) has been completed and poised to come into production.

Lilai Intelligent is dedicated to developing, manufacturing and marketing parts and components for vehicles, home appliances and new energy equipment. The project, with a total investment of RMB500 million, covers a land area of 57 mu (38,000 square meters), and the total floor space reaches 50,736.23 square meters. It is expected to greatly enhance the company’s productivity, accelerate its R&D and improve its operation efficiency, thereby increasing its annual operating income.

The project was completed within 17 months, a jaw-dropping speed that should be attributed in a large part to local authorities’ efficient professional services across the whole process.

SIP-HMITZ designated personnel to learn about the company’s needs and offer it assistance in going through the administrative procedures for project initiation, planning and construction, enabling the project to be launched soon after land right transfer and operationalized immediately after construction.
